At the helm of Bonds Restaurant, Head Chef Stephen Smith produces uncompromisingly high quality dishes from creative innovative and individual menus. Stephen sources produce exclusively from sustainable British farms and fisheries, all of which he has personally inspected and approved.
Our beef comes from Highfields Farm in the Kent and Sussex Weald, our lamb from The Denham Estate and our seafood is sourced by John Ross Jr, appointed by Her Majesty the Queen.
